We are specialists in Trust planning and can advise one the types of trusts that will meet your exact requirements whether this is in your will or during your lifetime. We can also offer advice on Inheritance Tax planning and regularly work alongside financial advisors and wealth planners to help our clients achieve holistic estate planning goals.
All of our paralegals are sufficiently qualified and experienced to explain all of our services in plain English. Each paralegal is also regulated by the National Association of Licensed Paralegals (NALP). This means there is a robust compliance and a complaints procedure, and all are covered professional indemnity insurance.
Today we are one of the largest Will writing companies in the UK partnering with NHS Trusts, Police Forces and Financial Services Organisations, with a national team of paralegals across the country advising local people.
We adhere to a strict code of conduct and duty of care. We give all of our advice in plain English, ensuring that our clients fully understand the advice provided which is covered by Professional Indemnity Insurance of £2,000,000 per case. All of our practicing Paralegals are DBS checked (previously CRB) and carry out annual Continuous Professional Development Training.
